ONLINE BOOKING FAQs

You may book Online via the Dashing Diva booking page.

  • Decide which branch you’d like to book (Note: For now, only Dashing Diva Central Square is available for online bookings.)
  • Choose a treatment, date, time and nail technician: Once you’ve chosen the branch, proceed in selecting the service/treatment that you would like to avail, your preferred Nail Technician, and the date and time.
  • Checkout: Finally, once you’ve agreed to the booking terms and conditions by checking the tickbox, and selected your marketing preferences, just click “Book now”. You’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS and the salon will be made aware of your booking
  • Notes:
    • Cut-off for acceptance of online booking/appointment shall be 3 hours prior to store closing.
    • If you do not have a preferred Nail Technician, just select the “No Preference” option in the Booking App and we shall take care of assigning one for you.

For now, online bookings are only available at Dashing Diva Central Square located at 3F Central Square Building, 5th Avenue corner 30th St., Bonifacio Global City Taguig 1634.

Yes, if you have booked an appointment online, you will receive an Email/SMS notification for the following:

  • Booking Confirmation - confirmation of your booking along with your booking reference number
  • Booking Reminder - a reminder sent 1 hour prior to your scheduled booking
  • Booking Cancelation - notice if your booking was canceled upon your request
  • Booking Forfeiture - notice if your booking was forfeited (i.e., no show)
  • Booking Updates - notice if you requested changes/updates to your booking

Yes, same-day bookings are accepted if you book at least 3 hours prior to your chosen appointment time subject to the availability of slots.

You may show a digital copy of the confirmation image, which you can save on your mobile or desktop; or the email/SMS confirmation messages sent to you.

No payment is required upon booking. Payment will be made at the salon once the service is complete.

Yes, you can. You can select your preferred technician online if they are available at the time of your appointment or you can schedule your appointment when your technician is available.

If you want to book multiple services, please do not hesitate to book your appointments on the Dashing Diva Booking Page. By doing so, we will not miss your desired services. Simply select your preferred services, technician and time slot so that we can book your appointment. 

You will receive a booking confirmation via email and SMS.

Yes, you can upgrade basic services (eg. gel polish, paraffin treatment) on top of your current appointment provided there is a vacant slot for the extended service time.

If you are not able to arrive for your appointment within the 15 minutes grace period, your booking will be forfeited. We will do our best to book a new appointment for you subject to the availability of slots.

DASHING DIVA GUIDELINES

We request each guest to keep their valuables (watch, cellphone, jewelries) inside their bag as the staff is not liable for any loss during the service.

While we don’t strictly ban outside food and drinks, we prefer that you don’t bring food and drinks.

We are extra cautious when it comes to your safety and peace of mind and we go the extra mile to prevent the spread of common germs. Dual washing of hands and hand sanitizer are part of our “before service” procedure.

Throughout the day, we wipe down sinks and tabletops with disinfectant solutions to ensure that service areas are clean and sanitized. Your safety and comfort is our top priority.

Our Nail Tool Kit is available to purchase for your personal use. Each kit includes 1 wooden stick, 1 cuticle pusher, 1 nail file, 1 sanding block and 1 nail brush.

You may inquire in our salon for the price and availability.

Our nail implements (eg. nipper, pusher, nail stick) are sanitized for each of our clients.

Our prices do not include gratuities for service providers. Tipping is optional, but if the service meets or exceeds your expectations it is definitely appreciated.
