1. How do I book an appointment online?

You may book Online via the Dashing Diva booking page.

How to Book Online: 
1. Decide which branch you’d like to book
Note: For now, only Dashing Diva Central Square is available for online bookings.
On the Dashing Diva booking page, you will see the branches/locations available to book. Simply select the branch you prefer to view available services, prices, and availability.
2. Choose a treatment, date, time and nail technician.
Once you’ve chosen the branch, proceed in selecting the service/treatment that you would like to avail, your preferred Nail Technician, and the date and time. 
Notes: 
  • • Cut-off for acceptance of online booking/appointment shall be 3 hours prior to store closing.
  • • If you do not have a preferred Nail Technician, just select the “No Preference” option in the Booking App and we shall take care of assigning one for you.
3. Checkout
Finally, once you’ve agreed to the booking terms and conditions by checking the tickbox, and selected your marketing preferences, just click “Book now”. You’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS and the salon will be made aware of your booking

2. What branches accept appointments via online booking?

For now, online bookings are only available at Dashing Diva Central Squarelocated at 3F Central Square Building, 5th Avenue corner 30th St., Bonifacio Global City Taguig 1634.

4. Will I receive notifications about my appointment?

Yes, if you have booked an appointment online, you will receive an Email/SMS notification for the following:

  1. Booking Confirmation- confirmation of your booking along with your booking reference number
  2. Booking Reminder - a reminder sent 1 hour prior to your scheduled booking
  3. Booking Cancelation - notice if your booking was canceled upon your request
  4. Booking Forfeiture - notice if your booking was forfeited (i.e., no show)
  5. Booking Updates - notice if you requested changes/updates to your booking

5. Do you accept same-day bookings?

Yes, same-day bookings are accepted if you book at least 3 hours prior to your chosen appointment time subject to the availability of slots.


6. What should I show upon arrival at the salon for my appointment? 

You may show a digital copy of the confirmation image, which you can save on your mobile or desktop; or the email/SMS confirmation messages sent to you. 


7. What are my payment options when booking online?

No payment is required upon booking. Payment will be made at the salon once the service is complete. 


8. Can I request my favorite nail technician when booking online?
Yes, you can. You can select your preferred technician online if they are available at the time of your appointment or you can schedule your appointment when your technician is available.

9. How do I book multiple services online?

 If you want to book multiple services, please do not hesitate to book your appointments on the Dashing Diva Booking App. By doing so, we will not miss your desired services. Simply select your preferred services, technician and time slot so that we can book your appointment. 

You will receive a booking confirmation via email and SMS.


10. Can I upgrade the services on my current online appointment?

Yes, you can upgrade basic services (eg. gel polish, paraffin treatment) on top of your current appointment provided there is a vacant slot for the extended service time.


11. Is there a grace period for my appointment?

If you are not able to arrive for your appointment within 15 minutes grace period, your booking will be forfeited. We will do our best to book a new appointment for you subject to the availability of slots.


12. How do I cancel an online booking? 

Please call Dashing Diva Central Square at 0917-8081504 / (+632) 7958-5347 to cancel your appointment if you are not able to arrive on your scheduled time and date. Our staff will cancel the appointment in our system. You will receive a cancellation notice via email and SMS.


13. Can I reschedule my appointment online?

Yes, our staff can reschedule your appointment in our system. Please call Dashing Diva Central Square at 0917-8081504 / (+632) 7958-5347 if you would like to reschedule your appointment.

    Yes, we do accept walk-ins. Feel free to visit our nearest branch to book.

  • How do I make a reservation if my preferred branch does not accept online bookings?
    Please make a reservation via Phone or Walk-in:
    • For same-day or same-week appointments, please call your preferred branch/salon
    • Other methods of making appointments are ineligible (eg. emailing or calling the Dashing Diva customer service).
    • Walk-in guests are welcome but customers with appointments are given priority.

  • Do you accept same-day bookings?
    Yes, we accept same-day bookings.

  • What are my payment options in store?
    We accept payments via Cash, Credit/Debit Card and GCash, among others. You may inquire with our Cashier about other payment options accepted in the salon.

  • Can I request my favorite nail technician when booking an appointment in-store or via phone?
    Yes, you can. You can request your technician if they are available at the time of your appointment or you can schedule your appointment when your technician is available.

  • Can I book multiple services in-store or via phone?
    Yes, booking multiple services for an appointment is accepted in the store and by phone.

  • Can I upgrade the services on top of my current appointment in-store or via phone?
    Yes, you can upgrade basic services (eg. gel polish, paraffin treatment) on top of your current appointment provided there is a vacant slot for the extended service time.

DASHING DIVA GUIDELINES

  • SAFE KEEPING VALUABLES

    We request each guest to keep their valuables (watch, cellphone, jewelries) inside their bag as the staff is not liable for any loss during the service.

  • FOOD AND BEVERAGES

    While we don’t strictly ban outside food and drinks, we prefer that you don’t bring food and drinks.

  • HYGIENE AND SANITATION

    We are extra cautious when it comes to your safety and peace of mind and we go the extra mile to prevent the spread of common germs. Dual washing of hands and hand sanitizer are part of our “before service” procedure.
    Throughout the day, we wipe down sinks and tabletops with disinfectant solutions to ensure that service areas are clean and sanitized. Your safety and comfort is our top priority.

  • NAIL TOOL KIT

    Our Nail Tool Kit is available to purchase for your personal use. Each kit includes 1 wooden stick, 1 cuticle pusher, 1 nail file, 1 sanding block and 1 nail brush.
    You may inquire in our salon for the price and availability.

  • NAIL IMPLEMENTS

    Our nail implements (eg. nipper, pusher, nail stick) are sanitized for each of our clients.

  • TIPPING

    Our prices do not include gratuities for service providers. Tipping is optional, but if the service meets or exceeds your expectations it is definitely appreciated.

Gel services are provided with a 3 days warranty for troubleshooting such as bubbling, chipping, peeling and cracking.
