4.3. Beauty Bar makes no representation that the information in this site is appropriate or available for use in locations other than the Philippines. If you choose to access this site from a location outside the Philippines, then you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for complying with any applicable local laws.

 

C. INFORMATION THAT YOU SUBMIT TO BEAUTY BAR

 

1. We welcome your comments regarding our merchandise and services, and about our website. Any notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other material that you send to us will become the property of Beauty Bar.

 

2. We may use the material in any way we choose for as long as we choose without any restrictions. By sending us the material, you agree that we have the right to publish the material for any type of use including promotional and advertising purposes and that we do not owe you any compensation for using the material. Because we have an unlimited right to use whatever you send us without paying you any compensation, please do not send us any original creative materials such as artwork, stories, slogans or product designs.

 

3. When you use the Dashing Diva booking app, you agree to submit your contact information to our third party partner, BB Innovations, in order to book a salon appointment. The information submitted on Beauty Buddy will only be used for bookings, news and offers that interest you (which you may choose to subscribe to or not), referrals, correspondence, participation, and transaction details, and may be shared with Dashing Diva for such purposes. For more information, please refer to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of Beauty Buddy in the Dashing Diva booking app.

 

D. PRODUCTS, SERVICES, & PROMOTIONS

 

1. Images and descriptions of products and services on the Beauty Bar website and Dashing Diva Booking App are for illustrative purposes only.

 

2. Colors and Selection for Beauty Bar products - Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images. The selection of items online often varies from the items featured in our stores and in our store advertisements. Supplies of items featured online are not subject to rain checks.

 

3. Dashing Diva Services - the duration of the service  indicated in the Booking App is an estimate based on the average completion time of the service including allowances, buffer time, and grace period. As such, the actual duration of the service may vary slightly compared to the duration indicated in the Booking App.

 

4. Promotions

 

4.1. All promotions are subject to the terms and conditions as shown on this website or on the Dashing Diva Booking App. All promotions are for a limited period, and the dates covered by the promotion are listed on this website or on the Booking App. We reserve the right to set limits on quantities purchased and amount following the promo terms and conditions.

 

4.2. Various promotions may have minimum purchase amount requirements. Those requirements are set forth as part of the online promotion description.

 

4.3. Unless otherwise stated as part of the promotion description, all promotions require a purchase.

 

4.4. All promotions are void where prohibited by law.

 

5. Free Items (Applies to Beauty Bar only)

 

5.1. Items received for "free" may not be returned.

 

5.2. You may receive one or more "free" items with each online transaction subject to the terms and conditions of the promotions in effect at the time of the transaction.

 

5.3. When you receive a "free" item as part of a promotion, you are not charged shipping or handling fees for that "free" item.

 

E. DISCLAIMER

 

1. This site and the content of the site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Beauty Bar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness of a particular purpose.

1. Neither Beauty Bar or its content providers are responsible or liable to any person or entity whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage (whether actual, consequential, punitive, special or otherwise), injury, claim, liability or other cause of any kind or character whatsoever based upon or resulting from any information or opinions provided on Beautybar.com.ph® or Dashing Diva booking app or from the use of, or the inability to use, Beauty Bar information. You specifically agree that Beauty Bar is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user.

 

2. If you are dissatisfied with Beautybar.com.ph® or Dashing Diva booking app or any information on the site, or with any of these Terms and Conditions of Beauty Bar, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using Beauty Bar.

 

G. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

 

1. These Terms and Conditions will continue as an agreement between us until we terminate them, which we may do at any time without notice to you.

 

2. We also may terminate your right to use this site immediately and without notice to you if, in our sole discretion, you fail to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions. If we do terminate your right to use this site, then you are no longer authorized to access or use any of the benefits of this site.

 

3. In addition, the restrictions we have imposed on you concerning copying or downloading information, and the disclaimers and limitations or liabilities that we have stated in the Terms and Conditions, will survive our termination of the agreement.
